Campaign Facts
-
Over 99% of every dollar raised by United Way stays right here.
These are dollars that circulate back into our local economy,
dollars that help each of us make a living here.
-
A goal of United Way is to minimize community fundraising efforts
by having a once a year fundraising campaign on behalf of all
the agencies. This combined work place and community wide effort
helps us in keeping fundraising costs to a minimum.
-
You, The Donor - As a donor to United Way you have the option
to:
-
Give your contribution directly to United Way (community
volunteers will determine how funds should be distributed
based on need).
-
Designate your dollars to a special area of need, or
-
Designate your money to any United Way or other non-profit
agency in the community. The choice is yours
